We render supreme grade services that are required for keeping the engine in its prime productivity level and trying to eliminate the engine/alternator downtime which may occur during its service life. Our team of professionals holds expertise in meeting the maintenance requirement solutions of the engine and their spare parts by employing advanced tools and other parameters in keeping the engine in the upbeat form. We have a team of considerable engineers each specialized for handling specific models therefore the timely resolution can be achieved.
Routine visits are carried out by our service engineers at customer’s site on mutually agreed date & time. During routine maintenance, our service engineers check the log book to record/monitor the performance &running hours of the engine& accordingly preventive maintenance is suggested. We also recommend essential parts and consumables to be stocked for minimizing downtime of equipment
We even provide single window service for Fuel Ignition Pumps, Nozzles, Charging Alternators, Starters, Batteries, Battery Chargers, Space Heaters, AC Alternators, DG Control Panels, KOEL Make AMF panels, Exhaust Fans, Canopies etc.
Our service engineers are always at your doorstep to carry out all kinds of preventive maintenance activity such as Oil Servicing include replacement of filters, belts & Cleaning of Radiator, Heat Exchanger, After Cooler includes hoses, coolant replacement etc.

When your engine is serviced by PPE, its information is stored in the Service History database and help us to know all the important information about your engine/DG Sets. Having your DG serviced at a PPE can keep your investment paying off for in years to come.

We are well equipped with Hi-tech workshops with adequate special tools & we have employed a dexterous pool of professionals, who are kept upgraded by conducting periodic seminars at our infrastructural unit to take care of Top/Major Overhaul of all Kirloskar engines fitted in DG/Industrial Equipment’s. Our workshop is located inMangaluru, Udupi&Shivamogga to cater the customers of these areas.
We even carryout Top/Majoroverhauling, even at a site based on the requirement of our clients. Our service engineers are even trained to carry out any type of work even at any site conditions.
All Top/Major Overhauling jobs carried out will carry a warranty to give assurance to customers about our workmanship and quality job.
We have well equipped main AC alternator repair workshops at Udupi&Mangaluru where rewinding/reconditioning of the AC Alternators are carried out.
We have dedicated in house service engineers stationed at our various branches to take care of emergency/breakdown complaints along with the float facilities such as Self-Starters, ChargingAlternators, Batteriesand Fuel Injection Pumps Etc.
We have successfully repowered old safety units by our latest Kirloskar make controllers in all types of Kirloskar and other make DG sets. We have even replaced other make Engine/Alternator of similar capacity with KOEL make Engine/Alternators for cost optimization to our customers. We even provide Canopies for older open type KOEL make DG sets for compliance with the noise standards in CPCB norms.
Post service feedback survey implemented, which give near-immediate insight into customer opinions, allowing us to utilize the result to identify weaknesses in service, service personals before more significant problems arise.
The Customer/Operator training programs are conductedperiodically at our well-equipped infrastructural unit located at our head office, Mangaluru or at a reputed banquet halls, to impart operational & maintenance practice training to all our customers and our employees. The training program is carried out by the professional KOEL trainer on a regular basis. We also conduct on-site training programs for our customers on request.
